Hello Garden and Mountain families,

We had another great week in the infant room!

At circle time the children listened to the books The Ants Go Marching, Row, Row, Row Your Boat, and Going to the Zoo. The children also listened to the songs “The More We Get Together,” “Twinkle Twinkle Little Star,” and “Itsy Bitsy Spider.”

For sensory activities this week the children played in the water table outside. They also used soapy water and washcloths as a practical life activity.

For large motor activities, the children spent a lot of time climbing on the large climbing blocks.

In music class with Ms. Kathleen the children listened to animal sounds and looked at pictures of different animals. They also took turns beating a drum and danced with scarves.
