Hello Dogwood families,

This week in the Cedar and Dogwood classes we talked about wet and dry experiments. The children enjoyed dipping chalk in a bowl of water and drawing on black paper. The children experimented with dry paint brushes and wet paint brushes on a big piece of paper.

During circle time we read Chicka Chicka Boom Boom and The Napping House. The children practiced balancing on the wood beam and hopping like bunnies. In art, the children colored with chalk and used stickers on paper.

In Music with Ms Kathleen the children listened to farm animal sounds.  They also played with shaker eggs to a train song.
