Hello Birch families,

This week in Birch we were very excited to share that Eleanor became a big sister! Congratulations on the new addition!

We have been reading the book Winter and talked about it getting colder outside and wearing our big coats now. For practical life the children have been putting on their coats by themselves by “flipping it.” Ask your child to show you at home, it’s quite impressive!

During music the children were excited to see the dreidel while Ms. Kathleen sang the dreidel song and explained the game to them.

The children have been exploring with blue play dough. They enjoyed making “snakes” and making balls of various sizes.

The children also enjoyed going for a walk to see the neighborhood.
