Hello Evergreen Families,

This week was catch up with friends! The children were very talkative about what they have been doing with all the extra stay home days! We did a lot of turn and talk with a friend so that everyone could be heard and share what they have been doing.

We did some review this week of letters we have learned, counting one to one correlation as well as practicing writing while making plans. There have been shelf activities of buttoning, collage art and grading spices that have been very popular with the students.

Next week we begin to discuss Arctic Animals as our Big Idea. Introduction to types of animals that live in the Arctic, their habitat as well as special features the animal may have to live in such cold weather.
