Hello Garden and Mountain Families,

The infants had another fun week of summer. During circle time we read, Mr. Brown Can Moo! Can You?, We’re Going to the Zoo, and The Itsy Bitsy Schoolbus. We also sang, “The Wheels on the Bus”, “Mr. Sun” and “The More We Get Together”.

We continued to take the children on stroller walks this week. The children enjoy the many different plants and wildlife that we encounter during our walks.

For music this week the children explored mini pianos, and many different types of drums. The children also explored jingle bells and shaker eggs.

This week we got several new toys for the classroom, including sets of pretend keys. The children loved playing with these toys that look similar to everyday items.
