Greetings Aspen Families, 

      It has been another fun and chilly week in Aspen class. We read the book The Five Little Pumpkins.  This book inspired us to paint and make our own jack o’ lanterns. We also played a matching game with our bears and counted as many bears as we could find. We enjoyed taking walks and hearing the sound leaves made when we stepped on them. The class were so curious to see the piles of leaves on the ground. They learned that leaves make a crunchy sound when they are stepped on, but they do not make a sound when they fall from the tree.
