Dear Cedar families, 

This week in the Cedar room we learned all about beaches. For sensory play, the children explored seashells using gentle hands and learned to listen for the water inside. We sang and danced to songs about the water including “Baby Beluga.” The children’s favorite story about the beach was Hush Little Beachcomber. 

The children especially enjoyed digging for the seashells in the sandbox and making sand castles outside. Hope you all have a happy Father’s Day weekend!
