Dear Birch families,

This week was all about bugs! We read Charlie the Caterpillar and Bugs. The children enjoyed singing “Five Green, Speckled Frogs” and “Baby Bumblebee,” the bug friendly version! The class learned that some bugs have wings and some bugs do not have wings. The children made a ladybug with finger prints and a caterpillar with their handprints. The children had a blast looking for bugs on the playground. They also rode their scooters and bounced on bouncy balls. The children also danced to “Freeze Dance” and jumping like the “Five Little Monkeys.”

Have a great weekend!
