Dear Garden and Mountain families,

Another busy week in the infant room! The children loved playing peekaboo and singing “If You’re Happy and You Know It!”  We worked on clapping our hands. The children were really excited to watch one another clapping especially when we were singing all together. 

We read Vroom! Vroom! Peekaboo by Dawn Sirett a book of hide-and-seek. This book has multiple flaps that allow the children to lift to find different vehicles. We also enjoyed reading our sing-along story Going to the Zoo by Tom Paxton. Our older friends enjoyed playing outside, painting with water on the sidewalk, dropping tokens, and exploring different musical instruments. Our younger friends worked on tummy time, tracking toys and reading books with our class.
