Treehouse Learning offers an Automatic Debit through our bank for families to “opt in” as a way of handling your monthly tuition payment. If you have previously signed up for the automatic withdrawal for your invoices, please note that this must be renewed annually.  The past form expired August 1st.  If you would like to continue to have this service please fill out and return the Automatic Debit Authorization Form that was included in your Back-to-School folders.  Forms can also be obtained at the front desk.

Typically, the debit amount is withdrawn from your bank on or around the 5th, however due to the holiday this month, the debit will be taken on Friday September 2nd.

Calling all parents! We are looking for a few volunteers to serve as “Room Parent” for each classroom, and help out with social events – among other things.  Please be sure to return your Parent Group questionnaire if you are interested.  You can also contact the Parent Group coordinator Katie Olson at parentgroup@treehouselearning.com.

Our first Parent Group meeting of the year will be on Monday, September 12 at 5:00 pm, here at Treehouse.  Anyone is welcome to attend.  Thank you!

Last week we unveiled our new Treehouse website.  It has been completely revamped with a new look, interactive pages and a password protected Parent Portal.  This is where you will find the classroom weekly message and photos of the children throughout the week.  Only parents/guardians of our currently enrolled students will have access to view the information on the Parent Portal.

After 4:00 pm on Fridays, go to http://www.treehouselearning.com/login/  You will “log in” to access the Parent Portal.  Your user name will be the email address that this message was sent to.  The password is Learning2016.  For more security, please change your password right away.  The Parent Portal will give you options to scroll through photos and read current and past weekly messages.  You will also find a place where you can download our forms, view calendars and upcoming events.  You will continue to receive Parent Weekly notes via email for the next month, as a reminder, but we hope our website will be a helpful source of communication for our families.

Ms. Natalie (currently in the Evergreen Room) will be leaving Treehouse in mid-September for a new opportunity.  We are all unhappy to see Natalie go, but also very excited for her new opportunity.  Please join us in wishing Ms. Natalie well as she moves on.  Her personal letter to families is attached.
