Spanish – October 14, 2016

We started learning the Alphabet – El Alfabeto.

There’s a song for the alphabet in Spanish and that’s how they are hearing the new sounds for the letters. The nice thing about Spanish is that it has the same alphabet as English except it has four additional letters which are: CH, LL, N, RR.

We started learning some of the words with the letter A.
El avion → airplane
la abeja → bee
el autobus → busel
agua → water
El abrigo → coat
la arana → spider
El arbol → tree
El amarillo → yellow

Remember to pronounce the vowels in Spanish before reading en Espanol a, e, i, o, u.

Here are some of the words with the letter B, con la letra B.
la bota → boot
el barco → ship
la bicicleta → bicycle
el bebe → baby
la biblioteca → library
el bosque → forest

Con la letra C – with the letter C.
El cepillo → brush
Cinco → five
La cama → bed
