Good afternoon Garden and Mountain families,
This week we continued our theme of spring. During circle we sang “If All the Sunbeams”, “Mr. Sun” and “Five Little Ducks”. The children listened to the books: In the Garden, Hello Bugs, and Rain, Rain, Go Away.
For large motor activities this week, the children explored various walking toys. The younger babies enjoyed going for a stroller walk.
For art this week the children finger painted with yellow and green paint. They also continued to explore chalk while playing outside.
In music class, the children were mesmerized by Ms. Kathleen playing guitar. They also played jingle bells and sang “The Bear Went Over the Mountain” to stuffed bears.
