Hello Garden and Mountain Families,

We had another busy week in the infant rooms. This week during circle we read Who? A Celebration of Babies, The Babies and Doggies Book, and Llama Llama Wakey Wake. We also sang “The More We Get Together”, “If All the Raindrops”, and “Hello Everybody”.

For art this week the children painted pumpkins using orange, red and yellow paint. These pumpkins are hanging in our pumpkin patch on the door.

This week we continued to go on stroller walks almost daily. These stroller walks are a great way to spend some time outside when it is cold or wet.

In music with Ms. Kathleen this week, we listened to animal sounds. We also explored jingle bells and scarves. The children also listened to the book, “It’s a Very Busy Day” while Ms. Kathleen sang along. We will unfortunately not have music class with Ms. Kathleen next week, but she will be back the following week.
