Please do not use the brightwheel app to report that your child will be absent, or to request an extra day or switch a day.  Additionally, do not use the brightwheel app to inform us of alternative pick-up persons.  All of these requests must go through our administration.  You can call the school or send us an email.  Thank you!  
 
Coming Up at Treehouse Learning:
November 10th – Annual Pancake Breakfast –  8:00-11:00 am
  • Come as you are!  Bring the whole family.  Warm delicious pancakes, natural organic sausages, fresh juices and hot coffee will be served up for your enjoyment.  This is one of our favorite events and we are happy to continue the tradition!  We’ll see you there!
Annual Stone Soup Celebration Lunch – Wednesday, November 15th

  • The entire school participates in bringing in an item to contribute to the soup.  Each classroom will be read the story and talk about what it means to be a part of a helpful community.  Ms. Mary uses all the collected food to cook up and serve the delicious Stone Soup to each room.  Yum! 
Love and Light Holiday Performances – A Holiday Tradition

  • River, Forest and Evergreen performances will take place at the Lafayette Public Library -775 Baseline Rd .  There will be ample parking in the library parking lot with overflow parking in the King Soopers parking lot across the street. 
  • Aspen children will perform here at Treehouse.  
  • All performances begin at 5:00 pm.  
    • December 4th – River
    • December 6th – Forest
    • December 11th – Evergreen
    • December 13th – Aspen

  • November 22-23 – Treehouse is CLOSED for Thanksgiving Holiday
Staffing Update:
Hillery Burman has decided to leave Treehouse due to chronic health reasons.  We will her well!   Next week we will welcome Kelsey Matthews to Treehouse.  Kelsey holds a Colorado teaching license and she has over 5 years experience working with children. Kelsey will be joining our Cedar room.  
We also welcome Jessica Samano.  Jessica is just starting out to earn her degree in Early Childhood education, but she has several years experience working with young children as a nanny.  Jessica is joining the Forest Team.
