Hello Garden and Mountain Families,

We had another great week in the infant rooms. During circle time this week we sang the songs, “Wheels on the Bus,” “The More We Get Together,” and “Old McDonald Had a Farm.” We also read the books, Spunky Little Monkey, Colors and Shapes, and Toes, Ears and Nose!

For art this week the children colored with chalk on the sidewalk outside. The children also helped with wrapping presents and making holiday cards.

For large motor activities this week, the children climbed over an obstacle course.

During music class with Ms. Kathleen the children listened to songs about the holidays and love. Ms. Kathleen sang “This Little Light of Mine,” “Tis the Season,” and “Over the River and through the Woods.” The children also had an opportunity to explore shaker eggs and jingle bells.

We celebrated one birthday this week! Happy first birthday to Jack!
