Good Day Evergreen Families

This week in Evergreen the students finished up their exploration and learning about different bugs and insects. The classroom has been decorated with beehives, buzzing bumble bees and butterflies! It was interesting and informative to hear from the children all the facts they already knew about different bugs and would get very excited when their fact was heard in a story being read.

Also, The Museum of Nature and Science gave a presentation called, Can You Dig It? on Thursday. This was a great way to introduce our next topic for the summer. The students were shown a play about how Dinosaurs went extinct as well as hands on activities to dig like a Paleontologist, make fossils and see real fossils.
